When someone books with you, what do they receive?

An automatic confirmation with the date, time, what to expect, and an easy way to reschedule.

A basic confirmation from my calendar tool, but nothing about what to expect or how to reschedule.

I confirm personally by message, or they just get the time they picked.

What reminders go out before each appointment? *

Automatic email the day before and an automatic text a couple of hours before. Nobody has to remember to send them.

One automatic reminder, usually email only.

I remind people myself if I think of it, or there are no reminders.

How many no-shows or last-minute cancellations did you have last month? *

What happens the day after a client's session? *

They automatically get a short check-in with a rebooking link, and my board flags them as due a follow-up.

I message some clients personally when I remember, usually the ones I am worried about.

Nothing, unless they contact me.

How do you ask happy clients for a review? *

There is a set way. One tag or one click and a friendly ask goes out with a direct link.

I ask in person or by message when the moment feels right, so it happens sometimes.

I do not really ask. Reviews arrive if they arrive.

What happens to clients who quietly stop booking? *

After a set quiet period they automatically get a gentle note with a booking link.

I occasionally go through old clients and reach out, when I get time.

Nothing. If they drift, they drift.
